Customer onboarding with audit-ready evidence

Verification of the customer, the representative and the beneficial owners of a company in one process. Every decision rests on a policy version and a set of evidence you can show to an auditor.

A typical flow

  1. Individual customer

Passport with MRZ, chip reading in the app, face matching and liveness, sanctions screening.

  2. Company customer

Company details, documents, ownership structure, beneficial owners and a representative with an authority check.

  3. Decision

The policy approves only when required checks pass; disputed cases go to the manual review queue.

  4. Ongoing

Monitoring of lists and company events, re-verification on schedule, evidence export.

Control on your side

  • A policy change needs approval by a second employee; every version is kept and applied to cases created with it.
  • Policy simulation on historical cases before a new version is published.
  • Employee roles: reviewer, approver, auditor, integration developer, personal data operator.
  • An audit log of every action by employees and the integration.

Regulatory requirements

The platform performs the checks and keeps the evidence. Which procedure your jurisdiction requires is defined by your policy and the legal profile of your organisation in the console; the platform applies them and does not replace your assessment.

Frequently asked questions

Can customers from different countries be verified with one integration?

Yes. The document issuing country, the customer jurisdiction and the country of residence are separate case fields; the set of checks follows the country profile and your policy.

What does an auditor get?

A signed report listing the checks performed and not performed, the policy version and links to the evidence, plus an export of the audit log.
