A monitoring subscription repeats screening on a schedule and whenever a new list version is published, and for companies tracks changes of owners, status and document terms. You only get an event about a new candidate or change.
What is tracked
Schedule
Daily, weekly or monthly; a subscription lasts up to 366 days and is extended on your request.
New list versions
A new list snapshot triggers a fresh check of all subscribed persons and companies.
Company events
A change of owners or status, an expired licence, power of attorney or document, a withdrawn source record, a review deadline.
No noise
An alert is created only for a new candidate: a match that was already reviewed is not raised again.
How events arrive
- Webhooks monitoring.alert_created and monitoring.kyb_event signed with HMAC-SHA256.
- An alert queue in the console with review and reason codes.
- Export of events for a period through the API.

How long does monitoring last?
A subscription is created for up to 366 days. The term, schedule and set of checks are defined when the subscription is created and shown in the case card.
What happens on a match?
An alert and a webhook are created. An analyst reviews it in the console, and the decision with a reason code is stored in the case.
