Frequently asked questions
Does the seller need to install an app?
No. The check runs in the browser via a link. The app with the SDK is needed only for NFC chip reading if your policy requires it.
What if a seller fails the check?
The seller sees a clear reason and, if the policy allows, repeats the step. An appeal is available via a separate link, and your staff review it in the console.
